My motivation as a trainer:
A few years ago I was very thin and had little self-confidence. With sports, I found a great motivation to improve my body and live a healthy life. Sport has become my true passion. I want to help our clients achieve their goals as well, so they can improve not only their body but also their lifestyle.
My hobbies:
I love to play sports, especially in the great outdoors. Muay Thai and strength training are among my absolute favorites.
What else I would like to do in my life:
I want to discover other cultures, travel around the world and try extreme sports.
