Our TRX strength classes, cardio circuits and Fitboxing sessions take place directly at the picturesque lake Zug or at Guthirt school in Zug. And when the weather occasionally doesn’t cooperate with our plans then we move our training to our spacious course room.

Fitboxing - So that you burn more calories, properly

Through our small group training sessions, it is possible for our trainers to adapt the exercises to each members’ strengths and weaknesses. Form is important; therefore, having options for each exercise caters for all our differences. This way it never gets boring and you are always to be a part, no matter what your fitness or strength level. We are driven to coax out any lack of motivation you may have and to encourage you consistently whilst you progress through your personal fitness journey.

Training Methods

For us, “normal” is just too boring! Do you find that too? If so, then we invite you to take part in a variety of fun training sessions in the great outdoors. Every group training differs from the next, and in this way… “the norm” is eliminated. In fact, the only “normal” you can expect, is to always have a good time and to be a part of unbelievable successes.

  • Strength training
    So, you want to change something? That’s perfect! Because the “will” do something can become a powerful driving force for each and every one of us. TRX (Total Resistance eXercise), rope and band workouts train strength, coordination, flexibility and core stability. Yes, this can be achieved with training with nothing more than a few training aids and body weight. By reaching all muscle groups you can create effective results in weight reduction or even building musculature or toning. We provide a variety of different exercises at varying levels so that our members can train at a level that is most appropriate for them.
     
  • Cardio Circuit
    So, you’re not a natural athlete? Don’t worry, talent can be improved on by increasing your endurance, strength and coordination. We will help get you there! Our cardio training sessions are an effective cardiovascular workout trainer at increasing the heart rate, keeping it there whilst you burn fat during the have fun. The physiological stress of endurance training not only helps boost one’s fitness, but also energy and concentration levels. Varied workouts with new exercises will keep you interested whilst you train the body and mind and increase the release of “happy” hormone endorphins.
     
  • Fitboxing
    Has losing weight and performing regular exercise been a struggle for you? Then prepare yourself for a powerful workout with even bigger results! Fitboxing is a great way to forget the stresses of everyday life and concentrate fully on your body, fitness and physical goals. In addition to this, boxing training can improve your speed, agility, reaction time and all-round coordination. Your trainer and teammates keep you motivated whilst you burn calories during this intensive workout.

Directions

By public transport: take bus no. 3 and exit at Baar Stadtgrenze bus stop. Walk in the direction of Lidl, we are right door next door…how easy! Walking time from the bus stop is roughly 5 minutes. When taking the S1 or S2 you are able to exit at the Lindenpark stop and then it is only a short 5 minute walk to our training room.

By car: parking is available directly on site at Lindenstrasse 2.

Directions

By public transport: take bus no. 7 or train line S 1 and exit at the Schutzengel stop. From here, walk to the harbor square and make a left turn before the large parking lot. Continue on straight until you reach the Siehbach Adventure Playground. You have then reached your destination. Walking distance from the bus stop (train station) is approximately 5 minutes.

By car: parking is available at the Hafenweg West parking lot. From here walk for roughly 3 minutes straight towards the adventure playground.

Directions

By public transport: take bus no. 7 or train line S1 and exit at the Schutzengel stop. From here walk to Hafenplatz and make a left turn before the large parking lot. Walk towards the skater park until you see a large wooden bridge. Continue over the bridge and follow the path until you reach the red basketball courts. Walking time from bus stop (train station) is roughly 4 minutes.

By car: parking is available at the Hafenweg parking lot. From the parking lot head towards the skate park and wooden bridge that you will continue over. After roughly 4 minutes you will arrive at the red basketball courts where we meet and train.

Directions

By public transport: Take bus no. 4 or 14 and get off at the Bleichit stop in Zug. Then walk about 6 minutes to the Kantinsschulhaus Zug. We train at the break area under the roof.

By car: Parking is available in front of the Schuhlhaus. The training area is at the break area
